The Lipernetson
The Lipernetson has wings like blue feathered blankets but in the middle of each wing is a single eye,
the eyes are the colour of lapis, lazuli.
He has a body the size and shape of a leaf and a mouth where a nose should be, because he smells with his tongue.
His diet is of dandelions, daisies and grass
and it swarms in herds over fields.
